Dunhuang Villa-Scape China 2006
The eFlying Apsarasesf that were introduced into Japan via Silk Road, and has been changed their figure in our culture, is now flying back to Dunhuang and project their figure onto the lake.
This is the metaphor of mutual cultural influence between both country, China and Japan, as Nara was the east end of the Silk Road.
Collaboration with: Makoto Saito (Architect, Intertribe Creatorsf Network, London) David Buck ( David Buck Landscape Architects, London) Makoto Noborisaka (JCLF)
